Hand harvest Chardonnay from the Burnside BD vineyard. Whole bunch pressed direct to seasoned French oak. Full natural fermentation & malo with battonage. Once malic dry & ages to perfection simply transferred back to tank to for dosage of Chardonnay juice then hand bottled wearing a beret. Nothing but grapes. – Producer’s Notes
