A brilliant family-owned operation in the heart of Cava territory. Organically farmed Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel·lo for the blanco. Excellent, textured and with very fine bead. Traditional method and nine months on lees. Although this fizzy delight is super crunchy and zippy the lees give it a round nutty finish which is truly seductive. To cap it off it is certified organic and vegan, what’s not to love?!
