Methode Traditionelle style sparkling but utilising spontaneous fermentation. Complex, rich, layered, zippy acid, red fruits, strawberry, red apple, with a lift of grapefruit. Cleansing, mineral and mouth-watering. Subtle spice & nuttiness.
