A rosé made from some in stunning Shiraz from the Yungarra vineyard Yallingup. A touch of skin contact then pressed straight to tank for ferment. Lots of battaonage to check in some mid wieght texture, full malo, then racked off to settle before bottle. No additives, finings nor filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur. – Dormilona
