3V Cleveland 9.2 CHI Cylinder Head Quad Weber Manifold AS0194-170-208

Description A joint of forces has Aussiespeed and CHI Cylinder heads combine to produce the 3V Cleveland IDF or Fuel injection low mount quad weber intake manifold.   The Aussiespeed 3V manifold suits 44mm IDF Quad weber carbs on a 9.2 deck height cleveland block. This manifold is suited to high port 208cc CHI Cylinder heads. We run a CNC port profile that is around 1mm under head port size. Hand blending of the port runner will be required to match cylinder heads Slotted manifold bolt down holes allow for easier fitment. China wall width measurement of manifold  is 170mm.  from china wall to bottom of the ports is  35mm, china wall to top of ports is 85mm, port width is 37mm. Pictured above is the AS0194 3V IDF manifold fitted with the IDA adapters AS0194-208-170 can be used with a 4V cylinder head when filling in a 4v head intake port on a 9.2 deck height cleveland engine. Additional porting will be needed when used with a 4V cylinder head.
