These new fronds will vary in shape and size (from quite small and simple, to more intricate and deeply lobed), but they all share a softly ruffled appearance and rich green coloring. As they grow, the creeping stems will start spilling over the edges of the pot, so they can either be left to the trail, or tucked into fresh compost when the time comes for the plant to be potted on.
