This wine predominantly comes from the Naracoorte Ranges in Wrattonbully where the vineyards have the highest percentage of Terra Rossa over Limestone. Made in a medium-bodied style to reflect the cool climate growing conditions. Destemmed, fermented in tank then matured in seasoned French oak for 8 months. Vegan friendly. Spice, dark fruits & floral notes. Raspberries, white pepper and herbs with some brooding, savoury spice adding complexity. Bright red fruits of strawberry and blackberry. – Suppliers Notes
