The tomato in question has a “cherry” appearance on a herringbone cluster with round, small and deep red fruits. Its main characteristics are the flavor, the consistency of the pulp, the shine, the long life and a high degree of brix. All red vegetables – like tomatoes – contain two antioxidant phytocompounds: lycopene and anthocyanins, are also an interesting source of vitamin C which, as known, contributes to the immune function and collagen formation, as well as promoting the absorption of iron taken with other foods. The packaging varies according to the customer’s request, for example: a box measuring 30 cm x 50 cm contains about 8/9 kg of product, a box measuring 60 cm x 40 cm contains about 7 kg of prepared product on a single layer. The box is covered in the upper part by a layer of food cellophane to preserve the product during the journey. On each box you will find the label with the origin of the product and the packing date specified. Keep in a cold and dry place.
