A first 100% Grenache for POOL. Quality Heathcote fruit. Light and tart with plenty of barrel influence here. 1/3 whole bunch brings the fruit, zero plunging keeps it delicate and extended elevage brings it together. Not a run-of-the-mill Grenache which is just how we like it. – Pool Wines
