Vermouth Carlo Alberto is a product of excellence, made with rare ingredients and ancient procedures that require experience, delicacy and extreme patience. The recipe still used today is a clear tribute to that of 1837, the year in which Tumalin Bartolomé Baracco de Baracho, a fine wine merchant from Alba, obtained the basis of the recipe for the aperitif wine that the court chef prepared for King Carlo Alberto, thus studying his own personal and exclusive production that continued for 200 years and still continues today. All the botanicals used (27) to produce this product are grown with extreme care and with organic methods or purchased from selected producers who guarantee the highest level of quality, in order to create a unique harmony in all versions: Red, White and Extra Dry.
