Description Wild chicory in oil 190gr “Eating bread and chicory”, a popular saying that tells, with a gastronomic metaphor, the hard life of the fields of our ancestors. Of this life, we at Masilicò wanted to capture the essence, the truest part: collection and craftsmanship of the products and traditional preservation in oil. We wanted to transform wild chicory into a special condiment, enhancing its bitter taste with a spicy note. Eating wild chicory had never been so greedy! The product does not contain dyes, flavourings or preservatives. Store in a cool and dry place, do not expose to sunlight, after opening store in the fridge and consume within a week.
